What are some of your hobbies outside of running? Skiing, biking, travel. Any adventure will do.
Describe PACE or what it means to you in 1-2 sentences Meeting great like-minded people and showing them our beautiful trail network.
What has been your favourite trail or place to run in the whole wide world? European alps.
What is your go-to fuel on long runs? Morning espresso, Hammer Nutrition Perpetuem and gels along with rice cakes.
Funny running, racing or training moment: Shitting the bed at the 2019 Salomon 4 Trails stage race after completely discarding Rene’s race strategy plan she laid out for me.
Number one tip for beginners: Consistency in run progressions AND weight train all year to mitigate structural and muscular imbalances. That’s 2 but I believe in both. The older I get, the more convinced I am of their importance.
