Run Hard. Sleep Easy.
2023 DYNAFIT Transalpine-Run powered by VOLKSWAGEN R
7 days, countless summits, 3 countries and a lifetime of memories. DYNAFIT Transalpine Run Powered by VOLKSWAGEN R been will take place from September 9th - 15th, 2023.
My experience with the TAR has taken me on a pretty special journey. I have participated 9 times, been writing the online training programs since 2013 and working on the press team since 2017.
I first started offering accommodation bookings in 2013, after I realized how much time and research goes into trying to locate the most ideal accommodations. Throughout the years I have gotten to know the stage towns & race logistics, quite intimately.
The Transalpine-Run traverses through small, boutique and popular ski villages which tends to drive the fees of some towns. I do the research ahead of time to ensure participants are getting the best quality reservations for the best price. The actual room fees vary based on single or double occupancy, proximity to the town center, the town's status/resort popularity, number of stars and the cost averages between $70 - $120 euro, per person, per night.
REASONS TO BOOK
- you won't have to take on the time-consuming task of searching for suitable accommodations and making arrangements.
- you only have one booking process for all overnight stays.
- we submit all the hotel data to the race organizers who transport your luggage for you.
- you have a contact person, being myself or my husband Trent, during the entire week.
- we book for a small, intimate group which provides a sense of community, camaraderie and support throughout the week.
GOOD TO KNOW
- This service is for a "booking" fee only.
- You are responsible for booking for your airfare.
- You will pay for your own hotel fees upon arrival or checkout each stage.
- You are responsible for booking your own shuttles, if required.
- We do not provide shuttles or luggage transportation. This is included in your race fees through the race organizers.
