We feel extremely fortunate to have so many loyal athletes who continue to support and spread the good word of P.A.C.E. since we first started in 2005. We continue to thrive at finding new ways to enhance experiences for our increasingly fit athletes, by focusing on meaningful new initiatives as well as fostering existing platforms we have built over the past 15 years.
Our clinics are a treasured part of P.A.C.E. and are more than just a place to train. They're about people, community, connections, building self-confidence and having fun. There's something special that happens when you bring a group of people together who pour their hearts into their goals and it's important to us that we continue to help our athletes reach their potential but also get more out of their experience than just PR's.
This year we created a new community engagement coordinator role, with the goal to share stories, celebrate experiences and get to know our community even better. We are thrilled to bring on board, long-time PACEr, Hannah MacLennah to lead this new role with a full heart, passion for connecting and deep love of PACE and what it stands for. Hannah also works closely with Rene to help with other PACE projects and initiatives that ultimate help free up time for Rene to focus more on engaging and coaching clinic participants.
2020 ENHANCEMENTS - added a locally designed clinic t-shirts for participants. All four clinics have new designs. - a new mentorship program that provides a different training focus for leaders to coach every Sunday. - online training plans for each training distance within the clinic to provide more direction, support and improve participants fitness. - new motivational and educational email platform to enhance performance and overall enjoyment.
