In this video I want to go over the recovery process and what you should be doing within 30min after a hard workout or race to be better prepared and recovered for your next workout.
Research shows that if you ingest a drink that contains carbohydrates and protein like a shake or smoothie within the first 30min after a workout or race, the process that facilitates your recovery is ramped by 300% - so you should always have a drink with carbohydrates and protein at the ready for when you finish these workouts or races.
