2024 Spring Clinic
Our spring clinic is our most popular! The snow has melted, trails are clearing and warm weather is on the way. Training gets more specific as we get closer to race and adventure season.
Our in-season clinic is the longest clinic in our series and provides athletes with different 20-week ultra-running training plans to choose from. Each program is designed to prepare athletes to tackle mountain running races, multi-day stages race or events/goals with lots of elevation gain and loss.
The progression of this clinic begins with a proven model of three building weeks followed by a recovery week to allow your body to make the most of the training that preceded it. There will be a total of five 4 week build cycles focusing on muscular endurance, boosting fatigue resistance and building stamina.
