What are some of your hobbies outside of running? Mountain Biking, road cycling, teaching fitness classes, golfing, backpacking trips.
Describe PACE or what it means to you in 1-2 sentences It is a strong and supportive community of likeminded people that I enjoy spending time with and helping each other reach our trail running goals and/or life goals.
What has been your favourite trail or place to run in the whole wide world? Larch Hills Traverse and TAR.
What is your go-to fuel on long runs? Almond butter sandwiches and protein bars.
Funny running, racing or training moment: Took a whiz in the woods, realized my underwear was still on so took it off and buried under a fallen down log, ran the same trail the following week and my underwear were hanging on a tree. Awkward.
Number one tip for beginners: Wait for the miracle of loving trail running to happen, don't stop before then because it will happen.
