Earn Your Checkmark

For those of you who are new to the program, it's essentially a way to track your workouts and earn points for prizes. We host two prize draws per clinic and every checkmark you earn, counts as 1 draw.

HOW TO EARN YOUR CHECKMARKS
  1. There is 1 checkmark per week to earn. 
  2. You must complete the Wednesday & Sunday workouts, as well as the weekly challenge to #earnyourcheckmark. You do NOT have to post to social media, but it's encouraged. We love seeing you crush your goals!
  3. You don't have to do the workouts to a tee, but you do need to make an effort. Lace up, get outside (or treadmill) and try. You can substitute it for a hike, walk or bike ride (if walking or hiking isn't appropriate) but the main goal with the program is to help promote consistency and to be "stronger than your excuses."
  4. The weekly challenges are no joke, but they're good for you. They're motivated by healthy eating, hydration habits, mobility and strength. You must complete the weekly challenge, along with the two PACE runs to earn ONE checkmark for the week.

TRACKING POINTS
  1. You can check off each week you #earnyourcheckmark on the google accountability document.
  2. You can add you checkmarks weekly or all at once, just before the prize draw. It's up to you!
  3. This document will be pinned to the TOP OF THE FACEBOOK page for easy access, as well.
