The winter clinic starts this Wednesday and with a swack of snow! It can be difficult to stay motivated or use the snow or cold as an excuse to put your running goals on hold. Don't fret people! We will modify our workouts and locations to keep the workouts safe, motivating and tangible this time of year. The heavy snow won't last and the next 8 weeks is just about showing up. Doing your best. Feeling connected and putting effort into your goals, despite less than favorable conditions.
If you know me, you know I think and coach outside the box. We will get our butts in motion, build some strength and endurance and feel happy we persevere come March when the weather starts to perk up. One step at a time and a lot of layers - we can make Mexico out of this snow storm!
