It's our 3rd annual Autumn Rush trail race happening on October 10th in Myra Bellevue Provincial Park.
Offering 3 distances to choose from, our race appeals to everyone! We like challenging routes. We like lots of climbing and we love single-track! You'll get this and lots of beautiful scenic views. 42k / 24k / 12k / 1km kids race is free
Autumn Rush is a challenging and fun grass-roots events. Homemade finishers medals, homemade jam. And yes, RD, Rene Unser will have her pom-poms in full action at the finish line!
Hosted at the Myra Adventure Park, spectators can take in the fun of the park while waiting for their loved ones to finish. Ropes course, Frisbee golf, slack lines, BBQ, refreshments and a great overall venue to hang out with friends post-run!
Registrations are coming in like hot potatoes for the fall trail running clinic. One of the most popular in our clinic series, we train Wednesdays and Saturdays every week. This fall we have some new challenging & fun training workouts & locations.
Our 15k distance is great for anyone new to the sport or clinics! The 25k is a great medium distance training group and the 50k distance is for anyone who like to go the long haul.
We are almost half full already! Be sure to register before September 13th when registration closes.
Congratulations to Daryl Chymko on his DF 21k finish in Revelstoke on the weekend. Daryl had a tough first half of the race but didn't give up, pressed on and smoked the 2nd half for strong finish! Way to go Daryl!
Help me "hip hip hooray" Nicole Todosichuk for finishing an epic 6 day MTB stage race in Colorado on August 14th at insane altitude.
"The Epic is composed of 6 BIG backcountry loops (3 loops for the 3-day Epic-curious events), each between 35 and 50 miles long. The event is unique in that it employs a cloverleaf format; each loop starts and finishes within a mile from downtown Breckenridge and utilizes the sprawling network of trails in both Summit and Park Counties."
Yea, she's a bit of a big deal. Nice work Nic!

Seawheeze half marathon represented, crushed and celebrated! Congrats gals!!
Just a quick update from the FAT DOG Team. Kevin ran well and finished the 70m in an unofficial time of 19hrs. Alana smoked her first 50miler in an unofficial time of 13hrs and had the pleasure & company of her good buddy Jamie Arnett, to pace her the last 30miles and they spent over 9hrs together out there together. Mr. Cory Davis was also out crewing and supporting the troops. The team got back to their rooms after their long journey at approx. 3am.
Sounds like some epic mountain memories were made and will be cherished for a lifetime.
Can't wait to hear ALL about it this Wednesday!!! So proud of you all!
