Our fall trail running clinic is one of our most popular clinics! Our new clinic platform will continue follow the guidelines of BC's Restart Plan around COVID-19, however we have adapted the fall clinic to include more Sunday workouts and bring back some Wednesday speed sessions.
Although there are restrictions around COVID-19, we understand the valuable of staying connected with our community and we are deeply committed to continuing to help our athletes stay active, stay in touch and stay positive for the remainder of this challenging year.
The fall clinic will blend some of the newly adapted virtual components, as well as add in more small group runs and introduce some Wednesday speed sessions back.
We will continue to monitor all updates from BC's health office and modify as the fall unfolds, however we are hopeful to proceed with the following outline and gather in a safe and meaningful manner this fall.
FALL CLINIC OUTLINE
performance section with exercises and workouts to help reduce injury and increase strength. New exercises will be uploaded as the clinic progresses.
virtual coaching section with weekly videos from Coach R to provide workout details, focus, motivation and help apply purpose and fun into the training every week.
online training plans for each training group to choose from. Our fall programs are going to focus two areas: baseline programs to help build fitness (new to the clinic program) and maintenance programs for those rolling over from the summer clinic and want to maintain their current fitness as they approach the new year and sort out their 2021 goals.
live yoga classes, breath workshops, happy hours, zoom calls to meet your fellow runners and stay in touch etc.
accountability challenge that is broken down into 4 week increments. Coach R will announce weekly challenges and when you accomplish them, you earn bonus checkmarks, which give you more chances to win prizes throughout the clinic.
7 scheduled small group runs. These runs will be 90min to 2hrs in duration. Each group is assigned a PACE leader and these runs will take place on some Sunday mornings.
5 scheduled group speed sessions with staggered start times to allow athletes a safe distance and spread out.
clear rules/guidelines put in place to ensure the safety and healthy of our participants, team and community during any small group runs.

All runners must have a long run base of 90min as a prerequisite for the fall clinic.
You don't have to be from the area to participate in our virtual clinic. Out of town athletes, can benefit from our all aspects of our virtual platform, despite not participating in the group runs. These group runs are pending the continued positive progress of BC's Restart Plan :)

Clinic Dates: Sept. 16th to December 2, 2020 Registration opens: August 5, 2020. (early registration for summer clinic participants on August 4, 2020) Registration closes: August 16, 2020. Clinic Duration: 12 weeks. Clinic Cost: $250.00 + tax. Training Times: Wednesday 6pm / Sundays 8am.

- Your registration is not valid without proof of payment, as there are limited spots and these are first come, first serve. - The online registration form & waiver should only be complete after payment has been processed. - once participants have received access to the training calendar and programs, there is a 50% non-refundable fee. - PACE takes their winter break from December 2nd to January 6, 2021.
