I have been a member of the PACE “family” since spring of 2008. An avid “recreator”, joining PACE enabled me to explore my love of fitness with an amazing group and inspirational leadership under Rene. With a fun approach to solid fitness programs, PACE ensures that you stay safe while challenging your fitness goals. Personal engagement, written reference materials and knowledgeable group leaders ensure your PACE experience is unique and rewarding, generating lots of smiles and new friends. I have had the pleasure of participating in pace sports fitness trail and snowshoe clinics. These clinics proved to be both fun and challenging. Rene has a vast amount of running and fitness knowledge. Her expertise combined with her energy and sense of humor took my training and fitness to the next level. I consistently felt challenged and supported to reach my fitness goals and the bonus was meeting great people, having a lot of laughs and experiencing some breathtaking terrain!

Thanks for opening my eyes to the wonderful world of trail running! I have nothing but good things to say about the clinic, the people, and the race day Saturday....it was an awesome experience! I have told everyone I know about trail running - and I can only hope I inspire them to try it out.
