I have enjoyed the PACE group and the friendships I have made along the way. They have meant a lot to me and it really surprised me that this late in life, you can make those close friendships.
I really do love the process and how we all challenge and inspire one another, we encourage and motivate, and my favourite - we are continuous laughing, and having fun... I think that is pretty darn

I have had the pleasure of working with Rene since 2003 when I first signed on as a client for personal training. Our initial meeting has blossomed into my journey of learning to ride a road bike, snowshoe, run, spin, train for a triathlon, build strength & tackle plyometrics (fancy word of jumping as high as you can tons of times!) For me, reaching my fitness goals has been possible by working with Rene and fortunately for me I have made a true friend.

For me the most wonderful things about working with Rene and PACE is that I’ve had fun, been challenged, met great people, felt support, and now feel stronger (inside and out)!
Often attaining fitness and wellbeing is challenging. I have found that working with Rene has made fitness more pleasant! She is always smiling and encouraging.
