We have a full crew of 50 excited trail runners to hit the trails, increase their speed, build endurance and have a fun season of training.
With snowy conditions still this time of year - it makes it a bit harder to dream of dry trails, sunny skies and tail-gate parties after our runs, but I feel confident that we're on the tail end of it. Besides, we can all hunker through a little more snow this season, can't we!? Uh, huh...

5:30pm to 6:00pm - sign in & meet/greet
6:00pm to 6:30pm - clinic overview. what to expect. clinic details.
6:30pm to 7:15pm - social run. participants will be split into groups and team leaders will take groups out on a fun 45min run on the trails in Dilworth.
1. Bring a headlamp;
2. Trail shoes mandatory;
3. Dress in layers;
