Join us this Friday (March 5th) for spoovie night (spin and a movie) at GLOBAL FITNESS CENTRE.

5:45pm DOORS OPEN

6:00pm MOVIE STARTS (approx)

$5.00 drop in fee

Bring your bike and trainer.

Access to large fitness studio via the outside patio.

Great sound system and huge movie screen!
