Meet Your 2008 P.A.C.E. LEADERSHIP TEAM! The following coaches and/or recreational bums will be out on the P.A.C.E. scene this year to help motivate, educated, support ...and if needed, offer piggybacks!

cares about people and their fitness and it is our goal and passion
to make a positive difference in the health and wellbeing of our
clients. Through the latest research and training, we offer a
variety of group and one-on-one training opportunities to ensure
rewarding and tangible progressions in health.
We
invest into establishing a true partnership between coach and client
and follow a successful approach to personalizing programs to fit the
unique needs of our clientele.
Our
programs are designed for the beginner to the advanced and we offer a
variety of clinics and camps, such as; running clinics, group
strength & plyometric conditioning programs and youth soccer &
hockey conditioning camps, just to mention a few!
The
P.A.C.E. team optimizes your training time with quality,
goal-specific workouts, integrated functional strength training,
flexibility, rest, recovery, nutrition, and mental focus. So,
whether you're looking to get started in fitness, new to a
particular sport or want a cutting edge sport specific program,
P.A.C.E. will work with you toward your goals and reaching your
maximum potential!
