What to Expect with this clinic:

Wednesday sessions will be a mix of road and trail.  Routes and details sent out after registration.  Sessions are approx. 1-1.5hrs in duration and focused on hill repeats, stamina & tempo sessions.  Saturdays focus is on maintaining an endurance base, leading into the New Year.  Participants take a break from structured speed training and work on their base phase of their training.

At P.A.C.E., we know it is important to build a strong foundation and that training should gradually become more race-like as the season progresses.  This is why we continue to build our endurance base and start to shift our intensity focus as we approach our spring training!
